Refund Policy

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all beat purchases and digital downloads are final and non-refundable once delivered. Please preview all beats carefully before purchasing.
Custom Production
Custom production projects are non-refundable once work has commenced. A 50% deposit is required before production begins, with the balance due upon delivery.
Merchandise
Physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at support@groovalotproductionz.com to initiate a return.
Exceptions
If you receive a defective product or file, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a replacement or refund.
